You will receive a unique ticket reference number acknowledging receipt of your request within 48 business hours.
Our Data Protection Officer will verify your identity, execute the requested data modification/erasure, and communicate the formal resolution report within 30 days as mandated by DPDP Act rules.
Statutory Escalation to Data Protection Board of India
If you are dissatisfied with our Grievance Redressal resolution or if no response is received within the statutory period, you hold the legal right to approach the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) pursuant to Section 18 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
