1Sacred Remedies & Physical Store Products

At Starblliss, every sacred item (including Vedic Gemstones, Sri Yantras, Rudraksha Malas, and Copper Vastu Helix sets) is authentic, lab-certified, and individually consecrated through Vedic rituals before dispatch.

• Damaged or Defective on Arrival: In the rare event that an item arrives physically damaged or broken during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of package delivery by sharing unboxing photos or video via WhatsApp to +91 91555 56510 or email to starblliss0@gmail.com. We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
• Custom Consecrated / Personalized Items: Because energized remedies are personalized with your name, gotra, and birth details during consecration rituals, returns are not accepted once consecration has been performed, unless defective upon delivery.
• Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: You may cancel a physical product order within 12 hours of order placement by contacting our support line before ritual energization commences.

2Astrological & Numerological Consultations

• Appointment Rescheduling: Free appointment rescheduling is permitted when requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
• Consultation Cancellation: If cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Completed Consultations: Consultations once completed and delivered are non-refundable as they represent dedicated professional time and customized analysis.

3Academy Courses & Digital Content

Once enrollment is confirmed and digital course curriculum / video modules have been accessed, course fees are non-refundable due to immediate access to proprietary intellectual property and study materials.

4Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original bank account or UPI VPA within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval.
