By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website starblliss.com, booking consultations, enrolling in Academy courses, or purchasing sacred spiritual remedies from Starblliss, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

Astrological & Spiritual Guidance Advisory Disclaimer

Astrology, Numerology, Vastu Shastra, and Energy Healing are ancient interpretive philosophical systems grounded in Vedic traditions. All insights, horoscopes, and remedies provided are intended solely for personal enlightenment, educational guidance, and spiritual self-reflection. 2Consultation Bookings & Appointments

Accurate Birth Information: Accurate birth charts require precise date, time, and city/state of birth. You are responsible for ensuring that the submitted birth data is authentic and accurate.
Consultation Modes: Sessions are conducted via Phone, WhatsApp Voice, Zoom, or In-Person by prior confirmed appointment.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours prior notice via WhatsApp or phone call.

3Store Orders, Consecration & Shipping

Energization & Consecration: Sacred items (gemstones, yantras, rudraksha malas) undergo Vedic pran pratishtha rituals prior to dispatch. Please allow 2–3 business days for completion of consecration before dispatch.
Pan-India Shipping: We dispatch packages via reliable courier partners across India. Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on delivery pincodes.
Payment Verification: Orders placed via UPI / Direct Bank Transfer are verified upon confirmation of the UTR transaction reference number.

4Academy Courses & Intellectual Property

All course curriculum, study materials, video lessons, and custom Vedic charts published on Starblliss are the exclusive intellectual property of Starblliss. Access is granted for your individual personal learning only. Recording, redistributing, or commercial resale of course lessons is strictly prohibited.

5Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
